Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotional periods, or periods of high demand.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on the product, shipping destination, carrier, and fulfillment location. Estimated delivery information, when available, will be provided during checkout or after your order has been processed.
Please note that estimated delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control may occasionally occur.
Multiple Packages
Some products may be fulfilled from different locations. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive separately and you may receive more than one tracking number. You will not be charged additional shipping fees solely because an order is shipped in multiple packages.
Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after your order has shipped. Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at Support@info-therecoveryritual.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs procedures, import duties, taxes, or other charges depending on the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by applicable law, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Orders
